1. Our Approach

We do not offer refunds on subscription payments. Instead of a refund policy, we provide a generous 14-day free trial so you can fully evaluate Finox — explore every feature, add your real financial data, and decide if it's right for you — before any payment is charged.

2. Why No Refunds

We believe the 14-day trial gives you more than enough time to make an informed decision. Once you subscribe, all payments are final.

3. Cancel Anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Account. Cancellation stops future billing — you retain access until the end of your current billing period, with no partial refund for unused time.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for technical errors (e.g., duplicate charges) at our sole discretion. Contact support@myfinox.com to report any billing issues.
